NCPR visits the Queen Anne Hotel in San Francisco. This
vintage hotel is a local 'hot spot' for paranormal activity. Many
guests over the years have reported sightings and strange
phenomena during their stays here.
The Queen Anne originally opened in 1890 as Miss Mary Lake's
School For Young Ladies. It is believed that Mary Lake herself still
lingers on the fourth floor of this exquisitely decorated hotel.
The Queen Anne still packs them in. From regular guests to
paranormal investigators, this grand old hotel brings in folks
from far and wide.
It's no wonder why this hotel is actually the starting point for a local ghost tour. (Jim
Fassbinder's San Francisco Ghost Hunt)
